Payments and Bookings:

• Payments made for services are due at the time of signing the contract and are non-refundable.

• To avoid delays or penalties, all project details must be submitted by the specified booking date. Missing this deadline may result in:

  • A late fee being applied.

  • Extended turnaround times.

 

Submission Guidelines:

• All required details and materials should be submitted to contact@heavenlyerramedia.com in one organized email.

 

Turnaround Time:

• Varies with project but is located in the service description.

• Turnaround begins from:

  • The date both the invoice payment and required materials are received.

 

Revisions Policy:

• Each edit includes 2 free revisions.

• Additional revisions will incur a fee of $25 per revision. This may cause a change in the original turnaround time.

Rush Edits:

• Rush fees vary on the project load. All rush fees start at $50.

• Rush orders are subject to my availability. Please confirm with me first.
