Thank you so much for choosing HeavenlyErra Media LLC. Before moving forward with any project or booking, please take the time to read this entire policy agreement carefully. By booking, purchasing, or submitting payment, you are confirming that you understand, agree to, and accept all policies listed here.
These policies act as a contractual agreement between you (the client) and HeavenlyErra Media LLC. They’re put in place to protect both of us, keep expectations clear, and make sure our working relationship stays smooth, respectful, and aligned from start to finish.
Agreement

I ask that you share feedback in a timely, honest, and constructive way so the project flows smoothly.

Please have all of your required materials and information ready before booking any service.

Please review all drafts and final files carefully. Approval means everything is correct to your satisfaction. Final approval must be sent in writing — email is totally fine.
Communication Policy

We’ll stay in touch throughout the project via email or whatever platform we agree on.

I respond to emails and inquiries within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours.

I do not communicate or work on weekends or holidays unless it' is required for your video production service.

In order for the project to stay on track, I ask that you stick to the feedback and approval timeline we discussed.

Respectful communication is required at all times. Any disrespect, foul language, or threats will result in immediate project termination without a refund.
Payment Policy

Full payment is required before any work starts. I don’t accept deposits at this time.

Any emailed invoice will include a link to these policies, and payment confirms your agreement.

Rush services (draft delivery only) have an additional fee depending on the project. Revisions for rush orders may extend the overall timeline.
Refund Policy

HeavenlyErra Media LLC follows a strict no-refund policy for all services.

If a project is terminated due to disrespect, lack of communication, or policy violations, no refunds will be issued.
Revisions Policy

Every project's revision information differ with each project. You can find this info in the service description.

Revision requests must be made within the agreed timeline. Delays may extend the project schedule or result in additional fees.
Turnaround Times

Rush options are available for an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy

HeavenlyErra Media LLC may cancel a project if policies are violated, payment terms aren’t met, or unprofessional behavior occurs. No refunds will be issued.

If you decide to cancel, you’ll still be responsible for any work completed up to that point.
Sharing Your Project
Unless we’ve signed an NDA before the project begins, I may share your project on my social media, website, and portfolio.
This includes completed work, behind-the-scenes content, and pieces that highlight the creativity we brought to life together.
If confidentiality is needed, please let me know during your consultation so we can arrange an NDA.
Acknowledgment
By working with HeavenlyErra Media LLC, you confirm that you’ve read and agreed to these policies.
